The mover is sitting in the style of a yogi aware of the sit-bones impressed on the bolster seat. Her attention runs upward along the curving course of the spine and the memory arises of the sounds and trails of skis through snow. The attention loops over the skull and continues downward through the front of the body. The breath, like a flow of transparent, spacious, fluid swells the belly in a small way and empties in a slight rush through the nostrils. Thinking appears in her awareness and with it an accompanying tension gathers inside the brain, ears and eyes, tightening the skin of the brow and stiffening the small joints of the jaw. The mover acknowleges the inherent effort and weight of thinking and allows the sensations to unravel into an easy being.
